They had a better solution to our small commercial building roofing problem than anybdy else had offered. The owner personally stayed in contact throughout the job and its many complications which were caused by both a multiple-day 100+ degree heat wave and other road construction in the area. It was a messy job, but they cleaned everything up like it never happened and followed up after the next few rain events to ensure there were no problems. There was 1 slight issue after the job on the second rain event, they were out promptly after the rain and fixed it with no fuss or hassle, and it was more a result of circumstances than anything.

Back in June, I called Gateway Environmental Roofing to verify they did residential roofs, they do. Our roof had several layers and was old. Joe came out quickly to provide an estimate. He was honest and said the roof was too worn out to qualify for any hail damage claim. He gave us a highly competitive estimate. After getting estimates from two other companies we decided to go with Joe and we are so glad we did. Once confirmed, within about one week, he and his crew got the job done in one long day of work. The crew was excellent to work with. Joe and his crew are very customer centric. The materials they used are high quality, we got high definition architectural shingles and the roof looks fantastic! I do recommend Gateway Environmental Roofing Solutions, LLC because they care about the entire customer experience. They are quick, but also provide quality work and materials. The verbal estimate, written estimate, and final bill were all consistent with no changes or surprises regarding charges for materials and labor.
